Milton’s Craft Bakers ~ Baked Crackers Never Tasted So Good… and they’re gluten-free!
A simple snack to share at any get-together or party, or to keep in your pantry for spoiling yourself, these Milton’s Craft Bakers completely deliver on taste. With four gluten-free baked chip varieties to choose from, add a little topping imagination and voila, a tasty, healthy treat.
Milton’s Craft Bakers gluten-free baked crackers are a staple in my pantry. I was introduced to them a few months ago and have been hooked ever since. I’ve found them at Sprout’s Farmers Market stores for about $3.99 / bag for 4.5 oz., and 2 bags for $7 on sale. Many times Costco carries them and sells their 20 oz. bags for $7.99 – a great deal!
Milton’s gluten-free baked crackers are not just gluten-free, they’re so tasty. Enjoy them alone, or with cheese, fruit, dill spread, lightly mashed avocado… their product highlights are impressive, as well:
- Certified Gluten-free
- Non GMO Project Verified
- No High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Orthodox Union Kosher
- rBST Free
- Xantham Gum Free
- Peanut and Nut Free
- Certified Vegetarian
- No Trans Fat
- Baked, not Fried
The Milton’s Restaurant and Delicatessen opened in Del Mar in 1995 (their story). After customers enjoyed their bread so much and wanted to take it home, they started the Milton’s Baking Company. Supply and demand at it’s finest!
I’m a fan of their Crispy Sea Salt gluten-free baked crackers, and so are all my friends and family who try them. It’s nice to know they’ve put thought into creating a well-made, crispy, tasty cracker. Thank you, Milton’s!
And yes, I’m snacking on them while writing this post… yes, I am.

Hi Chris,
I was just at the Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Expo last weekend in San Diego, CA and received a sample bag of Milton’s Sea Salt baked crackers. In fact, looking at their website http://www.miltonscraftbakers.com/our-food/gluten-free-crackers/gluten-free-crispy-sea-salt/, you can click the shopping cart ‘where to buy’, type in your zip code, and it will provide you with stores in your area. I’ve seen them at my Ralph’s, Sprouts, etc. Too bad to hear about Costco, as their larger bag was such a cost savings. Hope you’ll find them locally!
